Who can enter

This giveaway is open only to eligible participants who meet all of the following requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry
  • Must currently work in the meetings, events, hospitality, travel, tourism, convention, association, or event-planning industry, or have worked in one of these industries within the past six (6) months
  • Must provide accurate entry information, including full name, phone number, email address, and company name
  • Must be legally able to travel to the Dominican Republic
  • Must comply with all property rules and booking requirements
This promotion is void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, officers, directors, immediate family members, and household members of Event Photography of North America Corporation and its affiliates may not be eligible to win.

Official Giveaway Rules

  1. Sponsor
    This promotion is sponsored by Event Photography of North America Corporation, also known as EPNAC.
  2. Promotion Name
    This promotion may be referred to as the Punta Cana 5-Night Luxury Stay Giveaway.
  3. No Purchase Necessary
    No purchase, payment, booking, or paid service is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase or booking will not increase the odds of winning.
  4. Eligibility
    To be eligible, participants must:
    - Be at least 18 years old at the time of entry
    - Currently work in the meetings, events, hospitality, travel, tourism, convention, association, or event-planning industry, or have - worked in one of those industries within the past six (6) months
    - Provide complete and accurate entry information
    - Be legally permitted to travel to the Dominican RepublicComply with all applicable laws, travel requirements, booking requirements, and property rules
    - Sponsor reserves the right to request verification of eligibility, including but not limited to company affiliation, employment status, industry involvement, or other reasonable documentation.
  5. How to Enter
    Eligible participants may enter by submitting the official entry form during the promotion period.Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated in writing by Sponsor.Incomplete, inaccurate, duplicate, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise non-compliant entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
  6. Entry Period
    The giveaway begins on 5/5/2026 at 1:00pm and ends on 5/5/2025 at 7:00pm. All entries must be received by 5/5/2026 at 7:00pm.
  7. Winner Selection
    One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.The drawing will take place within seven (7) days after the entry period ends, unless otherwise stated by Sponsor.Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  8. Winner Notification
    The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information provided at entry.The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification.If the potential winner does not respond within the required time, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, cannot travel, or fails to complete any required verification or release forms, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
  9. Prize Details
    The prize consists of one (1) 5-night stay at one of the following Punta Cana properties:

    ‍    The winner may choose either property, subject to availability at the time of booking.There are no blackout dates; however, the selected dates must be available and bookable at the time the winner requests them.
  10. Booking and Redemption
    The prize must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of winner confirmation unless otherwise approved in writing by Sponsor.
    The stay must be booked in advance through Sponsor or Sponsor’s designated booking process.
    The stay is subject to property availability, maximum occupancy limits, minimum age requirements, property rules, building rules, local regulations, and any applicable travel restrictions.Sponsor is not responsible if the winner’s preferred dates are unavailable.
  11. Expenses Not Included
    The prize includes lodging only.The winner is solely responsible for all expenses not expressly included, including but not limited to:
    Airfare
    Airport transfers
    Ground transportation
    Meals and beverages
    Travel insurance
    Passport or visa fees
    Baggage fees
    Personal expenses
    Optional activities or excursions
    Taxes, if applicable
    Security deposits, damage charges, incidentals, or additional guest fees
  12. Property Rules and Conduct
    Winner and all guests must follow all property rules, building rules, occupancy limits, safety requirements, and local laws.
    Sponsor reserves the right to deny, cancel, or terminate the stay if winner or guests engage in unsafe, illegal, disruptive, abusive, destructive, or rule-violating conduct.
    Winner may be responsible for any damage, loss, excessive cleaning, rule violations, fines, penalties, or charges caused by winner or winner’s guests.
  13. Travel Requirements and Risk
    Winner and guests are solely responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas if required, travel documentation, health documentation, and legal ability to enter and remain in the Dominican Republic.
    Sponsor is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, missed flights, travel delays, cancellations, illness, injury, weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, airline disruptions, or other events outside Sponsor’s control.
  14. Prize Restrictions
    The prize is non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, auctioned, bartered, or redeemed for cash.No substitution is allowed by winner.
    Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.
  15. Taxes
    Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes, reporting obligations, or fees associated with acceptance or use of the prize.
    Sponsor may request tax-related information or documentation where required by law.
  16. Publicity Release
    By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor permission to use winner’s name, likeness, city/state/country, company name, submitted content, testimonials, photos, videos, and prize-related experience for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes, unless prohibited by law.
  17. Privacy and Marketing
    Information collected through the entry form may be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the winner, prevent fraud, and send marketing communications where consent has been provided.
  18. Release of Liability
    By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, agents, and property representatives from claims, damages, losses, injuries, costs, liabilities, or expenses arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, booking, travel to, use, or misuse of the prize.
  19. Technical Issues
    Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, corrupted, undelivered, or failed entries due to technical issues, internet issues, website failures, platform errors, email filtering, spam filters, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control.
  20. Fraud and Disqualification
    Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, submits false information, violates these rules, uses automated entry methods, acts dishonestly, or attempts to undermine the integrity of the giveaway.
  21. Modification or Cancellation
    Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, cancel, or terminate the giveaway if fraud, technical problems, legal restrictions, natural disasters, operational issues, or other circumstances affect the fairness, integrity, administration, or lawful operation of the promotion.
  22. Governing Law
    This giveaway is subject to applicable laws and regulations. Any disputes will be handled in a lawful venue determined by Sponsor, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
